This noon the Mercado Pago and Mercado Libre platforms presented some failures and users took to the networks to complain. From the company they explained that some features of the app had “intermittents” due to an error on their external servers, but that the problem has already been resolved.

It was, they explained to Clarín’s question, sources from Mercado Pago, of a partial failure which affected a group of users of the application. Some of them have not been able to use the platform directly, others have seen how their account has been disconnected for no reason, still others have not seen their accreditations registered.

In any case, the fintechs have insisted that the problem has been detected and resolved and that within the next few hours their customers will be able to operate normally again.
