What Hugh Jackman said about his body changes

On the HBO show, the host asked him, ‘Over the years, people have asked, ‘Do you take steroids? How you do it?’

Despite all the presumptions, the actor replied: “No. I love my job and I love it Glutton. And I have to be careful how I say the following but, I was told, anecdotally, the side effects of this and thought: I don’t really like my job“.

In this sense, the actor stressed that “so, no. I did it with the classic method. I’ll tell you I ate a lot of chicken, I feel sorry for the vegans, for the vegetarians and for the chickens of the world. Literally, Karma won’t be on my side.”

And Jackman added, “If the deity that exists has anything to do with chickens, I’m in big trouble.” Later in the same interview, Jackson shared amusing anecdotes about her early days in character. It was 2000, with the original film of the saga.

“I had never read Marvel comics,” the actor said. “They gave me the role and I really didn’t know anything about that kind of animal called a wolverine. I didn’t know they were based on a real animal. I had never heard of it. I thought they were all made up.”

The actor also recounted that ‘while we were in rehearsal I saw a documentary about wolves. It was like: ‘perfect, obviously I’m a wolf, or part wolf‘. So, I walked in with a bunch of wolf moves and the director said, “What you are doing?‘”

The actor replied ““well, I thought wolves did that to smell the ground…“To which he replied, ‘What do you mean by wolf?’ No, you’re not a wolf. You’re a glutton.”

Marvel Studios convinced Jackman to return to play Wolverine, something the actor was trying to avoid.

According to the 54-year-old actor, the mercenary Deadpool and Logan won’t exactly get along: “we are opposites, we hate each other. I’m saying this from my character’s point of view, obviously: Logan is frustrated with him, wants to be a million miles away from him, or wants to punch him in the head. Unfortunately, I can’t get a million miles out of him in this movie, so I’ll probably be hitting him over the head a lot.“.

What will Hugh Jackman’s character look like in Deadpool 3?

The actor told how Wolverine would fit into the storyline of Deadpool 3 and ensured that the events that occurred in “Logano” would continue to be essential.

The shooting of this third superhero film by Ryan Reynolds, which is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, It will start in the middle of this year 2023.
