The Fifth World Conference on Sociocracy will take place on April 27 evening online on the Sociocracia Pràtica platform.
Regina’s sociocracy consultant, Francine Proulx-Kenzle, will participate in the conference, which for the first time will have a session in French.
Francine Proulx-Kenzle has been interested in sociocracy for fifteen years.
He said the leadership of the French Institute at the University of Regina approached him to set up sociocracy at his establishment. There he became an expert.
The consultant explained that sociocracy is a system based on the cooperation and contribution of all members of a group, whether it is management or family unit.
The goal is for all opinions to be taken into account in decisions.
Francine Proulx-Kenzle believes that even children should have the right to make decisions for schools, for example.
