The Independiente situation no longer supported more tension. Consequently, after a few turns and turns, the ruling party led by Hugo Moyano and Héctor Yoyo Maldonado opened the doors of the club to Fabián Doman and Salvador Pérez, from the Traditional Independent Group, and Claudio Rudecindo and Andrés Ducatenzeiler, from Independent People. , to hold a summit at which this Friday they laid the foundations to negotiate the construction of a list.

The meeting was in the heart of Independiente. In one of the offices working in the stadium, where the six leaders set up the axes where they will negotiate in the coming days to leave the political turmoil and find a solution in the institution. If there is an agreement, it is the shared notion of reaching a list.

The meeting was short -lived. but friendly. It lasted less than an hour – between 30 and 40 minutes – and was an opening to a hypothetical consensus. The foundations were laid for deeper negotiations starting next week and neither the candidates nor the possibility of a trinomial were discussed, but a key aspect to shape a list was discussed: that all presentations to Justice be withdrawn so that they become ineffective. That was the beginning.

The one who opened the meeting was the one who knew the most about negotiations and finding consensus: Moyano defined the canvas on which everyone would add their brushstrokes. In his words, the reasons that led to this situation are no longer important, but rather the solution. “The important thing is to find the exit”he said and everyone in that formulation saw the key to finishing the jerks.

If the correct names are not discussed, why is the result so good according to the various sources consulted? The keys are in the statement itself which contains six signatures. “More on new candidates and authorities”, reads the knot of the second paragraph. The keyword is new authority. If the club’s command remains in the new hands, the current names will not be repeated.

In other words, if Moyano and Maldonado do not meet the requirement of being “new” it will be understood that they will not be a party. If the union leader’s request is to dismiss the complaints filed with Justice, it can be inferred as an indication for such an action. Exactly the list led by Doman, who made that request explicitly on their social networks.

Next week is the time to confirm or remove that hypothesis. When the meeting is repeated, Moyano will delegate sergio palazzo the course of negotiations with Maldonado. In fact the owner of The Banking he may be the official person on that unit’s list being chased. If he doesn’t, Marcelo Gonzalez -Moyano’s vice-presidential candidate in the cut election- is another possibility.

Independent needs everything. And in this mission, the goal of those present here is that the spirit of unity will continue despite new candidates and authorities, because the only priority is the institution, beyond the outcome of these talks to cooperate in growth and institutional expansion.

In the same way, all participants unanimously agreed to completely reject the privatization projects of soccer clubs and especially for the case of the Independent Athletic Club whose definition as a non-profit institution is beyond discussion.

If sufficient consensus is reached for the inclusion of a single common space in the appointment of new authorities, it is agreed that all presentations made in connection with the club election law will be removed to justice.
