Events against what’s left of health restrictions are scheduled to take place in Ottawa from late June until the rest of the summer, organizers predict.
Andrew MacGillivray, Member of the Executive Committee Veterans for Freedomsaid in a YouTube interview that the group will hold a three -day conference next week in Ottawa, Wednesday through Friday.
Veterans for Freedom describes itself on its website as a group of eager Canadian veterans restore fundamental freedoms for all Canadians and of enforce the laws of Canada.
MacGillivray said the group’s immediate goal is to get the federal government to repeal the remaining health measures, reinstate federal workers suspended without pay due to vaccination requirements, and return workers to lost wages. .
