Video: He saw his younger sister drowning and did not hesitate
It was the dramatic moment that a little heroine saved her younger sister from drowning in their backyard pool in Thailand.
Kana Kanuengnit, 3, and his brother Kaning, 2was walking in the garden while playing at the family home in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand, when the accident happened on February 25.
Padre Apisit, 29, noted the situation, but he interrupted for a second to sweep a few leaves. There the fatal accident took place. Kaning jumped into the pool, to a depth of one meter.

The video shows how the little girl stirred in the water, swallowed the liquid without stopping and was about to drown.
His brother Kana saw what was happening and called his father. Apisit then went down into the water and was able to pull Kaning out safely.
“We weren’t planning any pool activities, so I didn’t realize what was happening. But after a while of sweeping my back in the pool, my youngest son fell,” the father said.
Little Kaning was saved by his brother.
“I haven’t heard anything. It’s partly my fault for being careless, but luckily I have a little hero: my eldest daughter.”
The father said his eldest daughter called him while telling him that Kaning had fallen into the pool. When he turned around, his little girl had ‘drowned’. “The whole pool is more than a meter deep. They can’t swim, but they are in the water a lot, so they know little. “
The girls ’father jumped into the pool and rescued the girl.
