In August, the second call for applications for the Progresar Scholarships opens. The program is paid for through ANSES e It is aimed at young people aged 16 and over who study or are trained in the professions.

This is a benefit for young people and adults (aged 16 to 64) who wish to complete their studies secondary, university or in certain work areas.

Those interested in the benefit should register until next August 31st via argentina.gob.ar/progresar or from face to face for residents of the cities of Santa Fe or Rosario.

Four groups are classified according to the type of assistance: Progress 16 and 17 years, Compulsory Level, Higher, Work and Nursing.

The points in common between all of them are:

• All applicants must demonstrate that they have attended an educational institution.
• The income of the applicant and the family group must not exceed 3 Minimum, Vital and Mobile Wages. That is, the family income does not have to exceed $ 143,550. The current SMVM in August 2022 is $ 47,850.
• Payment is annual, divided into 12 monthly installments.
• 80% is charged monthly and the remaining 20% ​​upon accreditation of being a regular student.
• The money is deposited into a bank account; and includes a debit card for purchasing and withdrawing cash.
• Once the registration is approved, it is possible to consult the date and place of payment, to the assigned amount must be added $ 1,000 for connectivity.

2022 Advancement Scholarships: Requirements Mandatory Level

For the completion of compulsory studies.

• Be Argentine / or native, naturalized / or foreign, with legal residence for two years in the country and DNI.
• Be a regular student of an educational institution, which can be accredited through a certificate.
• Be between 16 and 24 years old.
• It extends up to 35 years to people with children under the age of 18 belonging to single-parent households.
• No age limit for trans people, or inhabitants of indigenous peoples, with disabilities or refugees.
• The income of the young person and that of his / her family group must not exceed three Minimum, Living and Mobile Wages (SMVM).

Progress 2022 Scholarships: Higher Level Requirements

For college and university students.

• Be Argentine / or native, naturalized / or foreign, with legal residence for five years in the country and DNI.
• Be a regular student of an educational institution.
• Be between 17 and 24 years old.
• Career advanced students, up to 30 years.
• Nursing students with no age limit.
• It extends up to 35 years of age to persons with dependent children under the age of 18 belonging to single-parent households.
• No age limit for trans people, indigenous people, people with disabilities or refugees.
• The income of the young person and that of his / her family group must not exceed three Minimum, Living and Mobile Wages (SMVM).

Progress 2022 Scholarships: Requirements for Nursing

For those studying Nursing.

• Be native Argentine, naturalized or foreign, with five years of legal residence in the country and DNI.
• Be over 17 years of age at the closing of the respective call, without age limits.
• The income of the young person and his or her family group must not exceed three (3) Minimum, Viable and Mobile Wages (SMVM).
• Be a mid-level graduate and have no subject at the time of registration.
• Studying or entering to study in state management higher technical education institutions. Exceptionally, the Higher Technical Training Institutes of Private Management registered with the PRONAFE.

Advancement Scholarships 2022: Requirements for the job

For commercial training.

• Be Argentine / or native, naturalized / or foreign, with legal residence for two years in the country and DNI.
• Be between 18 and 24 years old.
• It is extended up to 35 years for people with children under the age of 18 belonging to single-parent households, up to 40 years for people who do not have a registered regular job.
• No age limit for trans people, indigenous people, people with disabilities or refugees.
• The sum of the young person’s income must not exceed three Minimum, Living and Mobile Wages (SMVM).

Progresar Scholarship: How do I know if I have been accepted or not?

At the end of the registration to the second lot, the Ministry of Education will start the data validation phase in collaboration with the body directed by Fernanda Raverta to verify that the data entered correspond to the socio-economic situation of the members.

By entering becasprogresar.educacion.gob.ar, members will be able to know if they have been rejected or if they have been authorized to receive the benefit.
