RAMthe exclusive pickup brand of automotive giant Stellantis, is working on building an unprecedented medium-sized truck to be made in Brazil and will be ready in 2024.
This model, which will be the successor to the memorable avoid dakotais currently recognized as the Ram 1200 and will come to compete against models such as the Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, VW Amarok, Chevrolet S10 and Nissan Frontier, among others.
Right now, on the eastern side of the map, the North American firm offers huge Ram 1500 and 2500 pickups. This development, known as Project 291plans to introduce the model in one of the most popular segments of South America (especially in Argentina and Brazil), to gain more and new customers.

According to Brazilian media Four Rhodes at Self secrets, the new Ram will be made at the Pernambuco plant, where the Fiat Toro and the Jeep Renegade, Compass and Commander were produced.
