At a time of very high inflation, which was 7% in August and in September it is estimated that it will not be much lower (the data will be known next week), and driven mainly by the constant increase in food prices, the government has finally renewed the Care Prices program. The Secretariat of Commerce has closed an agreement with a justice less numerous in the products (just over 450), of leading brands and more representative of the Argentine taste. Furthermore, the increases are estimated to be just below the inflation rate.

Kicillof.
This new agreement, which has around 700 fewer products, tries to be more representative of Argentine consumption and therefore leaves behind the previous versions that included goods that were not of priority consumption, some even premium and at uncompetitive values.
In addition to traditional brands such as Coca Cola or Quilmes, the new basket includes Ledesma and Chango sugar; chilled milk in sachets from La Serenissima (its main product) and there are five brands of aromatic herbs: Playadito, Taragüi, Unión, Amanda and Rosamonte. The basket also includes Bimbo bread, tapas empanada and La Salteña cakes, fine and classic Gallo long rice, Matarazzo and Lucchetti noodles, La Virginia and Cabrales ground coffee, Pantene, Sedal and L’Oreal shampoo and conditioner, among others.
This basket contains products from the categories of food, dairy, cleaning, perfumery, personal care and hygiene, baby items, fresh products and beverages. Likewise, as usual in spring and summer renovations, this version includes seasonal products.
