Three months ago, the Casas Particulares Union negotiated and obtained an increase of 36% for domestic workers distributed in four sections of 9% each. The latter arrives in the penultimate month of the year, and for those maids who are paid monthly, they will see it reflected in December.

How will salaries be from now on, especially in the case of the fifth category, the most requested.

Also, there will be two extras this month. One for those employees who work in the areas considered “unfavorable” and another seniority bonus corresponding to all categories.

It is expected that by the end of the year or the beginning of 2023 there will be another joint meeting.

With the latest increase in November, the monthly salary of a worker or worker in private homes for general tasks, or the most requested item will be: without withdrawal at $ 67,324.50 per month, while the salary for the worker who respects a punctual timetable and therefore retirees will be 60,544 per month.

Fifth category or general tasks

• with withdrawal: $ 493 per hour and $ 60,544 per month.
• no withdrawal: $ 531 per hour and $ 67,324.50 per month.

Fourth category or carers

• With withdrawal: $ 531.50 per hour and $ 67,324.50 per month.
• no withdrawal: $ 595 per hour and $ 75,026 per month.

Third category or homemade

• no withdrawal: $ 531.50 per hour and $ 67,324.50 per month.

Second category or special tasks

• With withdrawal: $ 563 per hour and $ 69,004 per month.
• No withdrawal: $ 617 per hour and $ 76,813 per month.

First category or Supervisor

• with withdrawal: $ 595 per hour and $ 74,273 per month.
• no withdrawal: $ 651.50 per hour and $ 82,732 per month.

Two extras in November

All workers in private homes who perform their duties in unfavorable areas will receive an additional 30% on the minimum wage established for each of the categories.

The extra will be applied to personnel performing duties in the provinces of: La Pampa, Río Negro, Chubut, Neuquén, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and the South Atlantic Islands. And also in the Patagonian party of the Buenos Aires Province.

The other extra will be for all categories, it will be 1% per year of seniority.
