Procreate II: registrations are open for new home loans

The Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat has opened the registrations for the next extraction of Procreate II, in 11 provinces. You can access mortgage loans to purchase 526 new homes to be paid for over a period of up to 30 years. The form can be filled out until November 15th.

Spread across the country, the properties will be spread across 27 urban developments in Buenos Aires, Chaco, Córdoba, Corrientes, Entre Ríos, Mendoza, Misiones, Neuquén, Salta, Santa Cruz and Santa Fe.

Persons who pass the registration phase for the Procrear II Program, where the possession of all the requirements is confirmed, will pass to a second phase of the draw where the house is assigned.

What do the beneficiaries of the draw get? will have access to a zero-interest mortgage loan for the purchase of new houses to be paid for over a period of up to 30 years.

People who meet the conditions will go to a public lottery. It can be followed through the official search engine.

The program fees are updated through the Casa Propia coefficient.

How to register to participate in the Procrear II raffle?

Until November 15, people can register through the Ministry website, by entering the following link: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/habitat/procrear/desarrollosurbanisticos.

Requirements

  • Be Argentine or foreign with permanent residence in the country and have between 18 and 64 years old upon completion of registration.
  • Have the DNI or Registration Booklet or Civic Booklet, in force, of all members of the application at the time of the initiation of the procedure.
  • Prove the marital status stated on the form, except the single marital status.
  • Present the Certificate of Disability, if applicable.
  • demonstrate how minimum, twelve months of registered work continuity.
  • Demonstrate a monthly net income of the cohabiting family group – both the applicant and the spouse or cohabitant – between 1 minimum living and mobile salary and 10 SMVyM.
  • The minimum income required to access a particular home can vary based on the property and the type chosen. Based on the information stated in the form, it will be indicated whether or not types are available.
  • There are no negative records in the Financial System in the last year, due to non-payment of obligations of any kind.
  • Do not be disqualified by the BCRA or a court order.
  • Do not record ratings according to the corporate history report for the past five years.
  • Do not register privileges.
  • Do not register applications or declarations of insolvency or bankruptcy.
  • Participants, when completing the registration form, can include only one co-owner. In the case of participants with marital marital status, the spouse, will automatically be considered co-owner.
  • The owner and the co-owner must be united by one of the links indicated below, which must be registered: marriage, cohabitation, de facto union (provided that the domiciles declared by the owner coincide and co-owner).

Who can access the draw

  • Those who have not benefited from housing plans in the past decade.
  • Those who do not own properties in their name, neither as owners nor as co-owners.
  • Have the valid national ID of all application members at the time of starting the process.

What are the characteristics of the house?

Urban development is located in the town of Posadas. Near the Libertador General José San Martín airport. It has detached houses with 2 and 3 bedrooms, with high quality construction finishes. It also has excellent access roads, proximity to several educational, recreational and health centers and a complete infrastructure of public services and green spaces.
