The UIA holds its industry conference where companies will discuss industry challenges

In a historical moment that presents itself as a cornerstone for the world and for Argentina, the dynamics of global geopolitics are rapidly changing. In the midst of this, Argentina and its industry are facing the challenge of consolidating their role as a manufacturing leader for the future. The enhancement of natural resources, the promotion of productive investments, the integration of production chains, the enhancement of the creation of real employment, the increase in the generation of foreign currency and the sophistication of the federal production matrix are some of the axes on which to articulate a long-term agenda.

This year the motto is: “Producing Transformations: Global Reconfiguration and Opportunities for Value Chains“. And throughout the day, national and international personalities will be summoned to tackle an agenda that enhances the productive potential of Argentina.

Opportunities for value chains, a federal development policy, how to promote the SME sector and strategic opportunities for Argentina are some of the thematic axes that will be addressed by the thematic panels of the day. On how the UIA is preparing for November 10, Isaías Drajer, president of the 28th Industrial Conference, highlighted “the vision of how geopolitical changes open up opportunities for Argentina is based on the broad representation of our institution. A federal representation that includes large companies and SMEs, every production sector and all generations of industrialists. We call on all the players so that together we can build a winning and proactive agenda for all the challenges that await us “.
