The payment of the $ 45,000 bonus is starting: what is the calendar and what happens to those who have not signed up

In addition to formalizing this Thursday the “Food reinforcement for adults without income”, or the bonus of $ 45,000 for those people who find themselves in a situation of “extreme vulnerability“, the Government also informed the payment schedule, based on the number at which the DNI ends. It will be paid in two equal installments in November and December. It is estimated that it will reach one million people.

Those who have been allowed to receive the bonus up to and including November 7th will charge the first installment of 22,500 pesos from Monday 14 Novemberbased on the resolution of the ID, to the bank account stated in the application.

Registrations are still open for all the people who haven’t completed it yet. In these cases, they will receive taxes for November and December in a single payment of 45,000 pesos next monthas long as they meet the requirements.

Food reinforcement for adults without income: who receives it

As detailed in article 4 of the formalization rule, published this Thursday in the Official Gazette, people who want to access Food Strengthening for Adults without Income must be 18 or older and not yet 65; be Argentine or indigenous, by choice or naturalized, or foreigners, but with a residence of no less than two years, and be in a “situation of economic and patrimonial vulnerability.

Furthermore, the applicant you must not receive any formal income of any kind; not have a registered relationship of dependence in the public or private sector; not be registered in the simplified scheme for small taxpayers or in the self-employed workers’ scheme and not be holders of pensions, pensions, plans, programs, social security benefits or withdrawals of a contributory or non-contributory nature.

Nor must they receive prepaid medical insurance, be attained by health coverage, be registered as active in the Register of Private Home Workers, be holders of Unemployment Benefits, Employment Programs or Social Plans.

Among the latest prohibitions is that of be deprived of libertyin any way, and to have children, adolescents or adults with disabilities dependent on some of the benefits provided by the Family Allowance Schemes.

The new bonus could reach more than one million people

The bonus for the poor sectors it could reach a million people, according to Social Security estimates. They are those who have absolutely no income whatsoever, neither from the private sector nor from the state.

To receive this new Income Reinforcement, it is necessary to register in a Special Register of ANSeS on the internet, although there are also face-to-face registrations in the Delegations of the pension agency because it includes sectors of extreme poverty that do not have access or manage with difficulty the electronic means.

On October 24, when registration to receive the bonus opened, thousands of people formed long lines in front of ANSeS offices across the country. Some have even spent the night near different places to secure their place.

Unlike other bonuses, IFE case or the latest bonus which covered 13 million people, it does not include retirees or mono-tax payers of the lowest categories. Meanwhile, the applicants’ data will be cross-checked with the Social Security, AFIP, Automotive and Real Estate, Banking and Financial System, Health (social and prepaid jobs) registers to determine whether or not they have income.

Thus, for example, a domestic worker with children who works “illegally” (according to INDEC they amount to more than one million) will not be entitled to this bonus if she receives AUH for her children or any social plan.

Registration of informal workers will also be refused if they record income in their bank accounts or appear as affiliated with social or prepaid work. Not even those who receive unemployment benefits or official workers, even if they earn low wages.

Furthermore, in the case of a person with no income, the economic, income and property situation of the entire family unit will also be taken into account.
