The union of oil tankers operating in Vaca Muerta and other important fields in the country, a bonus of 100,000 pesos was agreed which will be paid in two installments of 50 thousand pesos in December and February.
Furthermore, the payment of the agreed salary increase will be anticipated in the middle of the year e it will increase the value of food to 65,000 pesos (“Complementary non-remunerative canteen allowance”).
The union of private oil workers of Río Negro, Neuquén and La Pampa has defined these advantages with the chambers of the sector. The increase originally planned for March and April will be canceled in January 2023. The paritarias, in turn, will resume next February.

The July parity had already ensured that no worker received less than 200,000 pesos a month in 2022.
