Entrepreneurs grouped in IDEA have asked the Government respect the judgments of the Justice. And they emphasized that this respect is the key to achieving stability of the rules of the game needed to increase investment and employment.

In a note, IDEA recalled that it had recently carried out a survey involving more than 250 entrepreneurs and which highlighted “the ‘institutional stability’ as the main lever to encourage investment, far outweighing other factors such as inflation, the labor issue or the fiscal framework”.

And they added that “absolute respect for the sentences of justice is a pillar of democracy and, therefore, of the stability of the rules of the game, indispensable for increasing private investments and with them employment”.

The companies stressed that “the announcement by the Executive Branch implying non-compliance with the recent ruling by the nation’s Supreme Court of Justice is unusual institutional gravity it’s a dangerous precedent for whatWhat the other actors decideStill comply only with those decisions of justice which are favorable to them”.

“In a democracy, this and all judgments of the Supreme Court must be respected, which is now again forced to intervene in matters of federal partnership, since Congress has never passed a new law of sharing as imposed by the constitutional reform of 1994″, they recalled.
