The Liaison Table meets Massa to learn about drought relief measures

While not yet having details on the measures that will follow them in the meeting to be held at the headquarters of the Ministry of the Economy, the presidents of Coninagro, Rural Confederations (CRA), Agricultural Federation (FAA) and Rural Society (SRA), will insist on more urgent requests for tax relief, suspension of IRPEF advances and IRPEF withholdings, the granting of concessional credit lines so that the producers can pay off their debts and also get the money to enable them to face the next campaign and rebuild the cattle. It is that the prolonged lack of rains has resulted in the reduction or total loss of crops and pastures, as well as a large mortality and premature sale of animals, and the liabilities that will remain large.
