As has been the case in recent years, travel agencies plan to relaunch the Travel Sale this March, the online event that seeks to increase sales in the sector through discounts that, this time, will go from 20% to 60%.
The expected date to access these promotions has been established from 27 March to 2 April and will match launch of PreViaje 4, the program of the Ministry of Tourism which provides reimbursement of 50% of tourist expenses taking place within the country.
The Travel Sale, on the other hand, is an initiative of the Argentine Federation of Travel and Tourism Business Associations (FAEVYT) with the support of the Argentine Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CACE).
The idea is to promote travel not only through Argentina, as the official program proposes, but also to other destinations abroad. You can buy them “from airline tickets to hotels, there will be exclusive coupons, offers and off-season products, with discounts, additional gift products and financing options,” according to the Federation.
Andrés Deyá, president of FAEVYT, points out that the event “is already a classic on the tourism agenda. This is why we continue to promote various tools and actions to generate new business opportunities for travel and tourism agencies authorized throughout the country”.
In this new edition. participation is expected more than 40 tour operators, who will make around 1,000 products available to buyers on the event’s official page.
