AUH and 2023 school subsidy: new ceilings, amounts and when to collect the allowances paid by ANSeS

The National Social Security Administration (ANSeS) formalized 17.04% increase in family allowances, Universal Child Allowance (AUH) and other benefits achieved by the Law on Social Security Mobility.

This was announced by resolution 45/2023 published in the Official Gazette. The body chaired by Fernanda Raverta ordered that “the increase in the income brackets of the family nucleus and the amounts” of family allowances It will be 17.04% from March 2023.

As communicated with another resolution published in BO, the maximum income limit will be $808,124 and the perception of income above $404,062 by one of the members of the family nucleus, “excludes this group from the collection of family allowances, even if the amount of your income does not exceed the maximum income limit established in the previous article”.

In this way the Universal Family Allowance (AUH)which includes 4.4 million boys, and the Universal pregnancy allowance (AUE) will be from $11,465. with children with disability, the AUH spends $37,336. and that the annual tuition aid will be $9,609.

Per birth, income up to $808,000, they will receive $13,364; while with the adoption the benefit rises to nearly $8,000. And by marriage, $20,000.

The child and prenatal allowances, determined by family income bracket (IGF), will be as follows:

  • Those who receive a grade I income, i.e. those of up to $177,554, they will charge $11,465.
  • Those who have a salary of between $177,554 and $260,404i.e. Grade II e They will receive an allowance of $7,732 per month.
  • For people with income between $260,403 and $300,645grade III, the amount of compensation will be $4,675 per month.
  • And for income classified in Grade IV, i.e. from between $300,645 and $808,125, they will receive an allocation of $2,410.
