The Government published Resolution 156/2023 in the Official Gazette today, which expands the list of products of the regional economies reached by the agricultural dollar.

So, it includedl grains of sorghum, barley and seeds, oil, flour, sunflower cakes and pellets and are added to the products that already participate in the official program.​

These three new products will have equilibrium volumes for export. It was set at 950,000 tons for sorghum; 2 million tonnes for feed barley; and for the sunflower complex established 145,000 tons for seed and 1.1 million tons for oil; and 1.15 million for flour.

According to calculations by the Grassi brokerage, based on official FOB values, resolution balance volumes and shipment data up to February, $2,000 million could come in.

The requirements for all products of regional economies that must be met by those interested in accessing the benefits of the programme they must have exported the goods at some point in the immediately preceding 18 months at the entrance into validity of decree 194, as well as making commitments to maintain or increase the number of jobs.

They must also commit to supplying the local market with these goods, having to maintain or increase the supply volumes that it will register in the 18 months preceding the entry into force of the decree.

The measure includes viticulture, olive growing, beekeeping, fishing, forestry, wool, as well as the production of legumes, garlic, tea, peanuts, tobacco, lemon, fruit – such as cherries, plums and blueberries – and specials intended almost exclusively for the foreign market, such as popcorn, confectionary sunflower and ecological, organic or biological products, duly certified and authorized by the competent body.

Later apple, pear, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, rice, kiwi, onion, essential oils, quinoa, flax, coriander, oregano, peppers for paprika, chamomile and trees, shrubs and bushes, fruit and other sectors were added. edible fruits, whether or not grafted.
