What are the average salaries required in the IT sector?

50% of 19-24 year olds apply for senior or semi-senior IT positions. This number rises to 54% for those between the ages of 30 and 40. Boss or supervisor and senior management roles are mostly sought after by people over the age of 40.

It should be noted that, if the report is analyzed from a gender perspective, only 33.5% of technology applications came from women during the second half of 2022, which means an increase of 2.3 percentage points more than in the same period, but in 2021.

During the second half of 2022, the positions with the highest number of applications per advertisement in the Technology area are Community management, Technical support, Systems, E-Commerce and Graphic design.
