In the next few days, 40,648 people who have retired through the Retirement Debt Payment Plan (PPDP) of the 130,000 people who, since the beginning of April, have started the tender process “new moratorium”. The next payment will be available in July.
Most will charge the minimum ($70,938 gross plus $15,000 bonus) minus the debt installment which, on average, is around $17,000.
Of the people who will receive their first salary, according to ANSeS:
- The 77s are women and 23%, men.
- THE middle age is 63 years old (61 for women and 67 for men).
- The vast majority of people will cancel their payment plan within the time limit, ie 120 installments.
- THE average monthly fee, at June values, it is $16,966.
- By place of residence, 19,037 live in the province of Buenos Aires. Followed by Córdoba (2,850), Santa Fe (2,479), Mendoza, (1,941) and CABA (1,754).
What are the requirements to enter the moratorium to retire without contributions
The requirements of the socio-patrimonial assessment carried out by ANSeS in order to access and pay the moratorium in installments are:
• He expenditure and average monthly consumption corresponding to last 12 months before the date of the assessment cannot exceed 80% of the current limit for entitlement to family allowance: $323,249 (0.80 x 404.062) “To this end, expenses made with credit and/or debit cards reported by financial institutions will be taken into account”, reads the ANSeS Resolution
• Statement of assets in sworn income tax declarations. Personal property that does not exceed 2.4 times the annualized amount of the limit to receive child benefits, which equals $11,636,985 (404,062 x 12 x 2.4) without considering one’s home (“family”).
• Automotive sector: You cannot have a vehicle whose value exceeds the limit to receive the annualized benefit – $404,062 x 12, or $ 4,848,744-, according to the values reported by the National Directorate of National Automobile Property Registers.
• Failure to register the possession of assets reported by the National Administration of Civil aviationnor the possession of vessels longer than 9 meters reported by the Argentine Naval Prefecture.
