They note 17 buildings and 215 mansions declared vacant in Pinamar

They were detected in the middle of the 2024 summer season 17 buildings and 215 mansions declared as vacant land in the city of Pinamaraccording to an investigation reported by the Collection Agency of the province of Buenos Aires (ARBA).

What was found in violation represents more than 70,000 square meters built which were not declared to the treasurythus developers and owners evaded property tax.

“These properties have, for the most part, been declared as vacant land. before the land register”explained the head of the organization, Cristian Girard.

The official highlighted the contribution of technology, such as drones and satellite imagesduring the procedures for confirming irregularities.

According to the authorities, those responsible will have to face fines of up to 25 million pesos.

Once the inconsistency was detected, those responsible were ordered and have 15 days to rectify their affidavit, correctly reporting the meters. After this period, if they do not react, the ARBA makes an ex officio determination, which incorporates the constructions detected and applies the corresponding sanctions.

Also in Mar del Plata

ARBA’s actions in Pinamar also included joint checks with the Buenos Aires Ministry of Transport and the Buenos Aires Police, to spot luxury cars with debts and other violations on beaches such as Confine.

Of the total high-end vehicles checked, 180 were located in the province of Buenos Aires. From them, 47 had patent debtswhich represents a delinquency level of 26% among the vehicles inspected.

Vehicle owners with debts signed payment commitments amounting to nearly 10 million pesos, while others received notices worth nearly $11 million.

Last week there was similar operations in Mar del Platawhere more than 120,000 undeclared square meters were detected, belonging to 57 skyscrapers and more than 200 houses in gated communities.
