“Collaborating with Trapiche, one of the leading wine producers in Argentina, exemplifies the authentic partnerships we strive to incorporate into our ecosystem,” said Xavier Asensi, Chief Business Officer of Inter Miami CF.

“With international fans and a significant number of them are originally from Argentina, “This collaboration highlights our focus on serving our football family, in this case, providing a detail that will remind many of our home fans,” Ascensi noted.

Argentine wine at the stadium

Trapiche has more than 1,200 hectares of estate vineyards and works with nearly 300 exclusive independent producers.

The agreement between the Trapiche winery and Messi’s team guarantees the presence of Argentine wine in the stadium of the club that plays in the MLS, during Inter Miami’s home matches and events.

Anyone who goes to the American stadium will be able to taste the official wine of the cellar, which will be sold inside an exclusive space together with gourmet dishes or, for the more relaxed solution, to create an espresso pairing. There will also be a stand to purchase wines with the company brand and club seal.

This was stated by Juan Schamber, head of Institutional Relations at Trapiche Clarion which, through the association with Inter Miami, seek to consolidate the presence of Argentine wine in the United States and around the world.

“We aspire to bring our products to the main markets that Trapiche and the sector have outside our country. This agreement, hand in hand with the most recognized club in recent times, full of stars and players of the highest level, will allow us to strengthen our global positioning in all countries,” said the director of Trapiche.

And Schamber told how the negotiation went with the club of the brothers Jorge and José Mas, together with David Beckham: “We have been working closely to reach this agreement for more than six months. “It was interesting to close with Inter Miami FC for its expansion and growth plans, and to know that one of the most attractive aspects of the club is the mentality of its managers and their internationalization plans.”

The governor of Mendoza, the radical Alfredo Cornejo, celebrated the alliance between Trapiche and Messi’s club on his social networks: “We are proud of the historic alliance that has been carried out between @TrapicheWines with the team where Lionel Messi plays. L The Mendoza company will be the Official Cellar of Inter Miami. A fact that will project the quality and passion behind our wines internationally.”

Enthusiastically, Alejandro Helou, marketing director of Bodega Trapiche, described the agreement as “a historic moment for Inter Miami and soccer in the United States. We are eager to be part of their journey and share memorable moments with them.”
