In the midst of a year marked by “stagflation”, an Argentine fintech is betting on growth. Orange X announced more than 400 new searches for this year. This week opened the call to the talents who will join new work teams.
“Currently the company has 2,800 employees who face the challenges and manage to revolutionize people’s financial experience”, explains the company and adds that: “This incorporation project is part of a framework of evolution of the company that offers products and services for managing personal and commercial finances, promote the financial inclusion of its customers, regardless of their age, region or level of banking access.”
THE The searches are mainly aimed at filling technological roles, as Tech Lead (TL) and developers (senior, semi-senior and staff). There is also business-oriented positions, with a focus on improving and enhancing the experience of users and customers, with a presence throughout the national territory, as Experience and Sales Advisor.
They also explained that the company seeks to fill “positions focused on strengthening digital product construction, such as UX Content Designer, Product Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Business Development Analyst, among others.

All research is published in Orange. The selection and placement process is 100% remote. Each position has its own particular requirements, which include mastery of Node, Java, Mobile, among other technologies.
