“It is established that the value of mobility provided for by article 32 of law no. 24.241 and its amendments, corresponding to the month of March 2024, is equal to 27.18%”, we read in the regulation.

In the introduction, the text indicates that “the National Institute of Statistics and Census (Indec), through the technical report on wages, dated 9 February 2024, communicated the General Wage Index (SI) for the month of December 2023; and that the Secretariat of Labour, Employment and Social Security of the Ministry of Human Capital, on 2 February 2024, provided Anses with the observed change, for the fourth quarter of 2023, in the Average Taxable Salary of Permanent Workers ( Repeat)”.
