THE Argentina Energy Chamber (CADE) expressed his support and underlined the importance of the appeal and proposals of the *May 25 Pact that Javier Milei asked governors and former presidents to sign in his opening speech of the ordinary sessions of Congress.
“The President’s appeal is a fundamental step to affirm the basis of a national contract it’s a predictability framework with clear and stable ruleswhich will encourage growth and investment in the energy sector”, we read in a note.
And they added: “Our sector is a fundamental pillar for productive development at the federal level. Within a foreseeable framework it will be able to mobilize all the necessary investments develop the potential of our energy resources”.
According to the Chamber, “all this will entail higher earnings in foreign currency, “increased activity, reserves and production which will have a positive impact on job creation and growth in all regions.”
Energy companies thus join the long list of chambers and associations that supported Milei’s appeal, from the Industrial Union to the Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Argentine Companies, among others.
