Daer, general secretary of the CGT, instead stated: “We believe in building consensus, we know that we do it together and that it is for the whole of society. We work so that companies work and are profitable, but also so that workers can work.

In a panel moderated by Alejandro Fantino, Rodríguez complained that “what has a ceiling are salaries” and deplored the absence of the state as a mediator in the negotiations.

Subsequently the Minister of the Interior Guillermo Francoshe returned to the topic of reforms: “Who can be against it? that we can sanction a new tax system in Argentina, pension reforms or labor reforms? “I think we all agree that these changes need to be made, because the system isn’t working as it is.”
