Satelliteologyestablished the satellite company of Argentine Emiliano Kargieman Y Gerardo Richartewill soon hold the US $ 1,000 million market valuation again, after reaching an agreement with SpaceX, Elon Musk’s company.
The company, which through its constellation of satellites is dedicated to collecting Earth observation data with submeter resolution, announced on Wednesday that it has signed a new “Multiple Launch Agreement” (MLA for its acronym in English )) with SpaceX. So the launch capacity is reserved for its next 68 satellites.
This new agreement is currently being added, covering the 2022 launch and allowing Satellogic to have shorter time between development and deployment of a satellite.
After the ad, Satellogic shares jumped 20% in the premarket (operations that take place before the market opens).
