The governments of Argentina and Brazil have abolished the flight limits that existed until now between the two countries and have decided that they will be maintained airlines will be able to freely determine the number of flightsboth passengers and cargo.
The news was confirmed by the Ministry of Transport through a statement in which it specified that the decision is part of Javier Milei’s desire to “anticipation in the opening of the airline market.”

The agreement was born from a bilateral agreement between Argentina and Brazil, promoted by the Farnesina and the Ministry of Transport, through the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC).
At the same time, in the memorandum of understanding that has already entered into force, both countries have committed to do so do not unilaterally limit the volume of traffic, the frequencies and regularity of the service or the type of aircraft operated.
With this agreement, the main objective of the national government, they indicated, is to provide greater flexibility to companies to plan their operations, allow an increase in the offer of services and expand competition on the routes connecting Brazil with the Argentina.
