In the category of companies that have a maximum 250 employees, first place went to LinkSolution, followed by BASE4 Security and Adila Fin & Pay, in second and third place respectively. The previous year the podium in this category had been occupied by Gen IT, Innovid and Quales Group.

In this 2024 edition, 70 companies entered the ranking: 23 appear on the list with up to 250 employees, 25 on the list with 251 out of 1,000, while 22 companies with more than 1,000 employees appear among the best.

The employees answer 60 questions that make up the survey and describe the extent to which your organization creates a great place to work for everyone. “85% of the evaluation is based on what employees report about their experiences of trust and realizing their full human potential, while the remaining pieces include an assessment of all employees’ day-to-day experiences of the company’s values, people’s ability to contribute new ideas, and their leaders’ effectiveness in ensure they have consistent experience,” according to GPTW.

The awards event, after several years of online broadcasts, once again took place in person, so 500 CEOs and HR representatives from the country’s leading companies met at the Alvear Icon Hotel, in Puerto Madero, to know the ranking and celebrate.

“When analyzing the numbers and responses from contributors, one of the most notable observations from this edition of the ranking is the predominance of the feeling of pride among the contributors of these organizations, something that transcends hierarchies and age groups. It has, therefore, become a pervasive factor that directly influences business outcomes and organizations’ ability to attract and retain top talent,” GPTW reported.

Another surprising fact is the growth of perception regarding the Communication of expectations (83 against 82 positivity in 2023). As regards Credibility and Respect, it has been observed that the highest hierarchies present better perceptions than the medium or low ones, an issue that certainly needs to be worked on.

Regarding Purpose, you can see that although almost all companies on the list have very positive perceptions of their employees, the numbers are lower among younger employees than among older colleagues. Beyond that, in the factor related tol Pride, the numbers are uniform in different age groups.

To determine which organizations are on this list, GPTW analyzes the experience of employees in their workplaces and it does so in light of the size of each organization, the composition of the workforce and the typical characteristics of its sector.
