The banking union led by Frente de Todos representative Sergio Palazzo agreed to a 60% increase of salaries to be paid in three parts and a retroactive until January. This way, an employee’s salary from April will reach $ 164,010, 23.
Palazzo confirmed this this afternoon on his Twitter account. “After difficult negotiations in the business rooms, the following salary agreement was reached.”

In the midst of the official party, the message goes unnoticed. Palazzo expressed his criticism of Minister Martín Guzmán’s economic management and warned of the impact of worsening inflation during the joint negotiations, which included a national strike. The increase that bank employees will receive will be 60%, plus all additional, of the salary of December 2021. It will be paid as follows:
- Since January 1: 16.1%
- From April 1: 18%
From July 1: 17%
- Since October 1: 8.9%
In addition, the Bank agreed toSalary changes are scheduled for October and November of this year, while retroactive until January 1 must be paid no later than May 15.
Meanwhile, a payment of $ 160 per day was established for connection costs and the payment of $ 31,609.54 per nursery. This last point will be made generalized from March 2023.
Finally, the Banking Day bonus was established: $ 170,000.
La Bancaria staged a 24 -hour strike on April 28 due to lack of agreement with the employer. They warned that if they did not reach an agreement they would double the bet to a measure of force within 48 hours.
