Last week, after some back and forth, ANSeS has made the new pension and social security values official which will be seen starting from April, with the new law on mobility contained in the DNU promoted by Javier Milei’s government. The minimum will be now of $171,283 and the high exceeds $1,152,000. Since the update was given very close to the April payment dates so as not to delay the usual schedule, The government has decided to double the dates this time: the calendar already foreseen for the payment of the month, on the one hand, and From this Wednesday the 17th they will pay mobility plus the bonus (for those at the minimum or until the expected cap of $241,283 is reached).
Since the dates of the first payment were already known (it will be collected starting tomorrow, Tuesday 9th); The Government has added the second tranche of payment for pensions: it will be from 17 April. In the midst of the transition from one formula (that of Alberto’s management) to another (in the Javier Milei era), the beneficiaries will receive the 12.5% increase from that day.
Anyway, That second date had already been confirmed last Thursday by the head of ANSeS, Mariano de los Heros. He said this in front of the deputies of the Social Security Commission.
The Government has decided to pay in two installments “do not delay beneficiaries’ access to their assets.”
This means that in April, those collecting the minimum pension will receive a first payment of $134,445 gross according to the usual schedule, which will be the same amount as in March. Then, starting April 17, the bonus and mobility increase will be added, to bring the minimum to $171,283 plus the $70,000 bonus, to complete a total income of $241,283.
According to the ANSeS April calendar, pensions, pensions and non-contributory pensions that do not exceed the minimum amount are paid, according to the DNI termination number from April 9 to April 23. And retirements and pensions above the minimum, between 24 and 30 April. From the 17th the rest will be paid.
