Accompany Program: what it is, when it is charged and how much is extra

This program is promoted by the Ministry of Gender and Diversity, with the goal of providing assistance to a group of people between 18 and 65 years old, in a situation of vulnerability.

Requirements to access the Organization Program

• Be female or LGBTIQ+ and find themselves in a situation of sexual violence.

• Be between 18 and 65 years old.

• No need to file a complaint.

Compatibility and Compatibility of the Companion Program

The Accompany Program is compatible with:

• Universal Child Allowance.

• Universal Pregnancy Allowance for Social Protection.

• Allowance for a child with a disability.

• Social monotax.

• Work registered under the Special Regime of Work Contract for Personnel of Private Houses.

The program is not compatible with:

• Income from employment in a dependency relationship registered in the public or private sector, monotax and self-employment regime (except social monotax).
• Subsidy or non -refundable monetary benefit for employment and/or training purposes provided by the National State.
• Retirements, Pensions or Withdrawals with a contributing or non-contributing nature, whether national, provincial, municipal, or from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
• Universal Pension for the Elderly provided by Decree No. 894/2016.
• Unemployment benefits.

How to apply for the Association Program?ang

People belonging to one of the groups targeted by this plan can join. They can only do this through Accompaniment Units and Territorial Operations touring the country. And no prior complaint is needed about the violence they have undergone.ang
