Gradually, the real estate buying and selling operations they are recovering in the city of Buenos Aires. Last month 2,866 acts were registered, which marks an increase of 50.8% regarding May 2021 e 11.7% compared to April, according to a report by the College of Notaries of Buenos Aires.
Last month 2,866 deeds of sale were made, compared to 1,901 in the same month of the previous year, and the amount involved was 35,955 million dollars, with an interannual increase of 130.2%pointed to the survey.
The average amount of completed deals, meanwhile, was $ 12,545,433 equivalent to 101.962 USD; with which it grew by 52.6% in one year in pesos and in US currency increased by 23.5%.

In May, there were just 99 deeds formalized with a bank loan, so the decrease in this segment was 1% compared to the same month last year, and in the first five months of the year the decrease was 12.2% .
In the first five months of the year 9,805 transactions were closed, with an increase of 9.5% compared to 10,736 acts in 2021.
