The domestic trade secretary renewed on Friday the Careful Cuts program, which includes the seven most popular cuts of meat at reference prices below market prices. The agency is also continuing to meet with the dairy sector to agree on a new basket of products for the sector.

In the case of the Patagonian region – where boneless cuts are sold – the values ​​must add a differential of 6%.

These cuts are available Monday through Friday in more than 1000 outlets across the country corresponding to Retail supermarket chains, wholesalers and butchers have joined the Unica, ABC and Fifra business chambers.

As for the dairy sector, Pollera yesterday held a working meeting with the executives of the main companies in the sector to agree on a basket with the most representative products in the sector.

“It was a fruitful meeting in which the entrepreneurs presented their proposals to reduce the price gap between the products in the basket and those that are not, taking into account the increases in production costs in recent months”, they stressed. Internal trade.

In this way, the renewal of the program Cuts Care joins the continuity of Prices Carewhich took place during the week and will last until 7 October with an offer of 949 products representative of the average consumption of the population in various items and categories.
