The Trade Employee Union closed the 2022/2023 joint venture in mid-April with a salary increase of 59.5% in seven installments, for which the basic agreement will pass in January 2023 from $ 90,000 to $ 139,000.
Seven installments remain to be received from the planned increase: 10% in August, another 10% in September, 11% in April and the remaining 10.5% in January 2023. They have already received 6% in April and a percentage equal to May and June.
chemistry and petrochemistry
The Argentine Federation of Chemical and Petrochemical Industry Workers (FATIQYP) has signed a joint agreement for this year for 63% of what is left to receive an increase 13% in August and 14% in November.
They make up the total agreement: 20% of May, and two of 8% that will arrive only in 2023, one in January and the other in March.
Union of Metallurgical Workers (UOM)
After several weeks of negotiations and on the verge of a conflict scenario, last week the Union of Metallurgical Workers (UOM) managed to sign an agreement with the Chambers of Business of the activity as part of the reopening of the joint venture sectoral and has achieved an additional 20% salary increase That increases the annual increase to 65%in line with what was agreed by the majority of private sector unions.
