One of them is Juan Monin, fourth generation of Charata agricultural producers (Chaco) and president of the Rural Society of Sachayog (Santiago del Estero) who yesterday morning, when he entered his Banco Nación savings bank to make the usual payments of salaries and services related to his entrepreneurial activity, found the unpleasant surprise of not be able to operate since then their funds had been seized according to the SOJ concept (Judicial office system according to the agency).

Confused, he went to the branch of the Charata bank where the accountant informed him that the day before AFIP (Federal Administration of Public Revenue) He had ordered the disqualification of his account and the seizure for $ 702,000, without giving any reasons. The employee showed him the official letter sent by the body ordering the withholding of the money. “The alleged debt they assign me is $ 620,000 but they seized me for $ 702,000 because they added the attorney’s fees, from a trial that isn’t there because I don’t owe anything”Said the manufacturer.

“This is where my journey began, I had to call the accountant and the lawyers to present all the necessary papers to be able to continue to operate and to give me back the money since I have everything in order and I owe absolutely nothing, I’ve already paid the advances on profits, everything. It’s more, Not only do I not owe AFIP anything, but AFIP owes me because I made soy sales, kept VAT and did not return it to me.Monin explained.

“AFIP fabricated a test for menever warned me, never ordered me to present cards, seized me directly for a debt I don’t have, broke my week, complicated everything for me, cthen it’s AFIP that owes me“, he observed with anger and helplessness.

“Now I have the account seized, the money withheld, I had to go out and ask the cooperative to advance me a check, go out and sell it on the street and make money to pay my salary,” he said.

Furthermore, the measure ordered by AFIP would prevent Monin from operating on the other of his two private bank accounts, even though they have already withheld the requested funds on his Banco Nación de Charata account. “They told them they had to seize me, that is, if I deposit two coins on those accounts they keep them from me, and if I receive checks they don’t pay me, they have already warned me, they will return them to me for embargo.
