Mattress brand Casper wants to pay people to sleep. According to the company’s announcement, these prospective employees must have “exceptional sleeping capacity.”

It is a job description that will make more than one dream. New York-based mattress company Casper has posted an ad for a somewhat peculiar job as it seeks to hire professional “sleepers,” CNN reports. Future employees should be able to nap “in our stores and in unexpected places around the world,” the company says in its online announcement. The “ideal candidate” should have an “exceptional ability to sleep” and the most frequent sleepiness possible, it adds.

But these future employees will also have to show other kinds of skills. “On the rare occasions you’re not sleeping, you share your experiences with others by creating TikTok-style content to post on Casper’s social media,” the job description also reads.

Casper is already inviting willing candidates to share their unusual dream experiences on TikTok. Finally, the ad mentions that the required attire will be pajamas, and that it will be a part-time contract based in New York. Those interested can apply until August 11.
