Paris-Orly airport has returned to its pre-crisis level of assistance by meeting 99% of traffic in July 2019, the manager of the main Paris airports announced in a press release on Tuesday. If we combine the two main Parisian airports, Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle and Paris-Orly, their traffic increased significantly again in July with 9.1 million passengers received, that is, 86.3% of the traffic of the airport of Paris in the month of July 2019.
In Paris-Orly alone, with 3.1 million passengers, traffic reached 99% of the level of July 2019 during a crucial month for the sector, while Paris-Charles de Gaulle, with 6 million passengers, returned to 81% of your pre-crisis assistance at the same time.
Traffic remains low to Asia-Pacific
International traffic at the two Paris airports is at 84.8% of the July 2019 level, with all destinations growing. The Africa zone reaches 99.6%, the Middle East 88.5% and North America 86.3%. Traffic remains low to Asia-Pacific at 36.1% of the levels achieved in 2019. Traffic to Europe stands at 89.5%, to France 81%, while to DROM-COM it reached 110.7%.
At the level of the entire ADP group, including the airports of New Delhi, Antalya and Santiago de Chile, traffic in July reached 83.7% of July 2019 levels. Since the beginning of the year, the group received 147.9 million passengers, that is, 71.9% of traffic in the same period of 2019.
