The parliamentary majority has presented a bill to ban the scrutiny in favor of the use of the Personal Training Account (CPF) suffered by millions of French on a daily basis, we learned on Wednesday.
However, the date for the examination of this bill is not yet known, since the Assembly will not resume its work until October.
Fraudulent approach
This bill “prohibits the recruitment by telephone, SMS and email of training organizations”, according to the text presented by the Democratic (Modem) and Renaissance (LREM) deputies. To enforce this prohibition, the text facilitates the exchange of information between the different State services in charge of combating fraud.
“This results in calls, text messages or emails, from call centers or training organizations, made with a fraudulent approach and, very often, conveying misinformation about the rights of the person and/or about the real object. that chases the body. they add.
In 2021, more than 2 million French people registered for training and the “My CPF” app was downloaded 3.8 million times.
