Catherine Guillouard will leave the presidency of the RATP at the end of September for “personal reasons”, the Government announced on Thursday.
Enarque, 57, succeeded Elisabeth Borne in this position in 2017. She was re-elected in July 2019 for a five-year term.
“What I remember from these 5 years at the head of the RATP group is, above all, a group united by strong values, by a singular capacity for commitment at the service of the company and the general interest. I will never forget, in particular, the mobilization that you have shown over the throughout the health crisis where all together we have been able to continue with our mission of public service in the interest of the Nation”, he also greeted.
Pending the appointment of his successor, Pierre-Alain Roche will become interim Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors from September 30. And Jean-Yves Leclercq will take over as interim CEO of the company.
