That number represents something more than the double that he had renounced the subsidies as soon as the Secretary of Energy, commanded by Flavia Royón, had given the green lever to the option. Up to August 31 there were around 25,000 families who had made use of the withdrawal from the RASE model, thus renouncing the possibility of withholding tariff concessions.

It is worth mentioning that the new segmentation came into effect on 1 September of rates that will leave out of state aid all those who are in Level 1, that is, those with the highest income. Those in level 2 will keep their subsidies in full. And those of level 3 will keep a certain percentage of it.
