Marcos Pereda and Nicolás Pino were re-elected vice-president and president respectively.
The Ordinary General Assembly of the Members of the SRA was held today in which the authorities for the three-year period 2022/24 were elected, ratified in their positions as President and Vice President for Nicholas Pino and Marco Pereda respectively.
More than 1,800 members voted in the elections. The Federal Commitment Movement prevailed over Unity and Action by 66%, obtaining a majority in all districts of the country.
“We are a team made up of agricultural producers who have come to work for the institution, the sector and the country. Thank you for the trust placed in us and for the ratification of the course of this institutional path ”, expressed Pino at the end of the counting of the votes.
Furthermore, in said Assembly account was taken of balance and memory, as well as the delivery of medals to life and honorary members of the body.
