He then clarifies that when the aforementioned precautionary measure arrived, the company had already sent the telegram of dismissal of 26 workers who in the last two months they had made claims together with the Association of Dairy Industry Workers of the Argentine Republic (Atilra), and three other employees who cannot be fired because union delegates have been “released from the performance of duties”. Furthermore, he clarified that the injunction has already been challenged by the company.

“We fired those who blocked us more than 60 days ago and are colluding with the union to join us. Our priority is the well-being of the kids who are working,” said Bada. Rural trumpetand added: “The relationship with these people is broken. They threatened their comrades, they ignored them, so trust was totally lost”, he assured.

The conflict began in mid-July with the guild’s claim for the reclassification of fourteen employees of the plant located in the city of Moctezuma, in the western part of Buenos Aires. On 20 July the compulsory conciliation was enacted and the activities in the factory were resumed with a “crisis” operation since, anticipating new complications with the union, production was not completely reactivated. But on 11 August, with the expiry of the provision, Atilra returned to camp in front of the plant until a few days ago.

Bada reported that the company’s situation is very delicate because they had to do it in this period they operate with only 12 of the 46 employees, so they were unable to process the usual volume of milk. “There are a lot of products that we haven’t had in a long time and we couldn’t sell,” she said.

“Our intention is to continue for all the guys who work and for the people who depend a lot on this factory,” said the entrepreneur, adding that they have already hired 10 new employees. “The union will be responsible for the damage caused to the company, for the losses we are suffering as a result of this ferocious attack,” she concluded.

Meanwhile, 21 employees of the factory signed a letter with name, surname and DNI in which they assure that the complaint was made peacefully and publicly, without blockages, and accuse the company management of refusing to dialogue and pay attention to violence for ” intimidate “the workers. “There was the use and display of firearms to intimidate a colleagues by one of the owners; the assault with a delivery van driven by another of the owners damaged the entrance gate and caused the violent fall of the colleagues present “, warn in a text published on the Atilra page.

For his part, the company’s lawyer, Florencia Arietto, reported that there are two complaints against the Atilra union. “This was never a stop. it was always an extortion block“, he fired.” Atilra always does the same thing with all the dairies in the country: he wants to make the decisions of the factory and if not he prevents you from working. This has to stop, it doesn’t just happen to Lácteos Vidal, which is a company that keeps an entire city afloat, like Moctezuma, but it happens systematically to all the other dairy companies in the country “, denounced the lawyer.

This is the mafia union that does not defend the source of work and workers’ rights, but they are only defending their union privileges, hitting not just companies because they want to dissolve them, if they don’t want to take them to a place of despair so that friendly investors can buy them for coins. We already know how they operate, we will go all the way “, she concluded.
