Through the agreement, Matthew Hutchins, Halyna Hutchins’ widower, will serve as executive producer on the film and will receive part of the benefits, adds the statement published by the plaintiff’s lawyer.

The incident occurred in October last year when Baldwin was practicing drawing a propeller gun.
