One of the strengths of this fiction, in addition to the interpretation of Francella in the role of Eliseo, manager of a stately building in the Belgrano district, is the number of levels in the story.

In the frame of a building, where he has been working for 30 years and facing the imminent possibility of being left without a home or salaryElisha rolls up his sleeves and does everything to cling to his territory, to “his construction”. And literally whatever he thinks about, day and night a subtle and flawless plan.

When he feels threatened because some owners plan to build a swimming pool, with a swimming pool and a solarium on the terrace where his home is located, he resort to resources that are not always legal or ethicaltaking advantage of the knowledge he has of the life of each of the owners. With that ace up his sleeve he goes out to play to reverse the situation.

Each chapter lasts 30 minutes and is composed down to the smallest detail, with cinematic quality, almost like a mini story that could be told separately, but which, at the same time, is part of the plot of the whole plot. The directors, Gastón Duprat and Mariano Cohn, are also authors of the script that is thought out millimetrically.

In that microworld which is a horizontal real estate building, where many people live together, one can see reflected, almost like a metaphor, an entire society with its complex network of power struggles, prejudices, intolerancesdiscrimination, shady deals … But there are also touches of love, friendship and good coexistence.

This is why he accompanies Francella a large cast that supports, with the same solvency, each of the characters with whom Eliseo interactsstarting with Gabriel “Puma” Goity, who is leading the project to wipe the manager off the map.

Do not miss the round trip between Goity and Francellaalmost like in a duel of usual villains.

The daily life of the building and the neighborhood, with its rhythms, routines and, even with the unexpected, it provides the share of realism and very local style comedy. To which are added the moments in which Elisha shows the darker side of him, drawing in the shadows (in that world of corridors and corners that only he knows), which gives the story an interesting sinister and suspenseful tone.

According to the saying that says: “Paint your village and you will paint the world”with a local character like Eliseo, the directors managed to do it tell a story that could very well be universal due to the interaction between human beingswho are obliged to live together according to certain rules, whatever the context.

The series captures and, at times, surprises with unexpected twists, thanks to a very well written and set storyenriched by a very good cast in which the protagonist shines.

The Elysée of Francella it makes you laugh and also arouses a bit of fear and bewilderment, leaving both those looking for the comedian and those hoping to find another facet happy. Elisha is unpredictable and the viewer wants to know how far he will be able to go.
