A man from Quilmes
Born in the city of Río Cuarto, province of Córdoba, on May 17, 1940, Willy Quiroga moved with his family to Buenos Aires as a child.
In the 1970s he settled in the Quilmes neighborhood of Buenos Aires, where he still lives today.
Quilmes declared Quiroga a Distinguished Citizen in 2009.
