Patricia Bullrich He will file a complaint on Monday “Sedition and Betrayal” against the president Alberto Fernández and the 17 governors who upheld the decision not to comply with the Supreme Court ruling that returned the funds to the City.
In her presentation, the leader of the opposition cites the work “The social contract” by Jean-Jacques Rousseau, to argue that the decision taken by the national government seriously affects the institutional nature of the country.
«That the highest national and provincial authorities pronounce themselves in an unreasonable and aggressive manner against a sentence of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, inciting and justifying their disobedience, counts a serious violation of the institutional order and the crisis of the system that guarantees life in peace in society”, he argues in the text.
This is why he is asking that the leaders of the ruling party be investigated for non-compliance with the Supreme Court’s decision and inciting “disobedience”.
According to Bullrich, the defendants “incurred in a usurpation of functions which implies a serious attack on the democratic order, which, according to article 36 of the national constitution, implies the nullity of their acts”.
In addition to the President, the presentation will concern the governors of the Province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof; from Catamarca, Raúl Jalil; from Chaco, Jorge Capitanich; of Chubut, Mariano Arcioni; from Entre Ríos, Gustavo Bordet; from Formosa, Gildo Insfrán; from La Pampa, Sergio Ziliotto; from La Rioja, Ricardo Quinquella; of San Juan, Sergio Unac; of San Luis, Alberto Rodriguez Saá; from Santa Cruz, Alicia Kirchner; from Santiago del Estero, Gerardo Zamora; from Tierra del Fuego, Gustavo Melella; from Tucumán, Osvaldo Jaldo; from the Rio Negro, Arabela Carreras; from Missions, Oscar Herrera Ahuad; from Neuquén, Omar Gutierrez and from Salta, Gustavo Saénz
“These acts must be punished with the penalties foreseen for traitors of the country, namely the perpetual disqualification of their perpetrators from public offices, the impossibility of accessing the benefits of pardon or commutation of sentences and the imprescriptibility of legal actions to persecute them,” the letter states.
In this way the head of the PRO joined the presentations that days ago were made by the deputies of the Civic Coalition and by the legislators Roberto García Moritán and Yamil Santoro, both of the United Republicans.
