The Reno Police Chief said Wednesday the “serious injuries” he sustained Jeremy Renner using a tractor to tow a driver on a private mountain road near Lake Tahoe appears to be the result of a ‘tragic accident’

An investigation is still ongoing, but there are no indications that another person was involvedmalicious actions or any indication that Renner was disabled at the time of Sunday morning’s crash, sources with the inquiry added.

The crash left Renner inside critical statebut stable, with thoracic and orthopedic injuries.

The tractor is being examined by the investigators “for possible mechanical error“, trying to find out why he started walking on his own.

Balaam said the actor nominated for two Oscars it is much loved by all in the area. “In the community he has always been very generous,” one hears the neighbors say.
