The sequel to That show from the 70s is set in 1995 and focuses on the young Leia Forman (Callie Haverda), daughter of Eric and Donna, protagonists of the original series. Leia visits her grandparents for the summer, where she mingles with a new generation of Point Place, Wisconsin children under the watchful eye of her Kitty (Debra Jo Ruup) and the stern gaze of Red (Kurtwood Smith ).
The new sitcom has ten episodes and has the same creative team as that series from the late 90s with Topher Grace, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, who will have a special participation in this sequel.
